Terms of service

Plain terms for a private pharmacy service. Read them before you order.

Last updated 4 August 2026

The service

mandate is a trading name of Macbon Chemist, a UK registered pharmacy (GPhC 9012345). It is a private service and not an NHS service. Using the site does not create a right to treatment.

Who can use it

You must be 18 or over, resident in the UK, and ordering for yourself. You must give accurate and complete answers. Withholding information about your health, your medicines or your recreational drug use can make treatment unsafe, and can mean we decline to treat you.

Prescribing decisions

Every consultation is reviewed by a UK prescriber, who decides whether treatment is appropriate and, where it is, which treatment and quantity. The prescriber may ask you further questions, may recommend you see your GP instead, and may decline to prescribe. Not everyone is suitable. We make no claims about results or timescales.

Payment

Consultations and prescriber reviews are free. You are charged only after treatment is approved, at the price shown before you confirm. Prices may change, but never for an order already confirmed.

Delivery

Tracked delivery within the UK is free and normally arrives 2 to 3 working days after approval, in plain packaging. We cannot deliver outside the UK.

Cancelling, pausing and returns

You can cancel or pause any time before your order is dispatched, with no fee and no minimum term. For safety and legal reasons, prescription medicines cannot be returned for resale once dispatched. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we will put it right.

Emergencies and limits

This service is not for emergencies. If you have chest pain, fainting, a sudden change in vision or hearing, or an erection lasting more than four hours, seek urgent medical help. Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
